2020 → now
This began with a question: what if I stopped abandoning myself?
Around 2020, I started a journey I could not have fully understood at the time. I was forced to look at the patterns, beliefs, and ways of seeing the world that had shaped me.
Some of that process felt like stepping through the dark. Some of it felt like finally switching on a light that had been there all along.
Over the last six years, I have learned through experience, observation, practice, and a lot of uncomfortable honesty. I am still learning. That is the point.
